oh man, i feel your pain. i used to have the same problem as you where i could feel it every time i swallowed (like popcorn kernel stuck to the back of my tongue). then i did some research on it and saw that most people who have them use something to remove it. i would not recommend using anything sharp b/c it will make your tonsil bleed. you don't want to risk some weird infections.
i usually use my finger (make sure your nails are trimmed) and push on it and it comes out. i also get them on my left tonsil and they grow every few weeks. its disgusting but i just don't want to have my tonsils removed (i've read that tonsillectomy is horribly painful for adults).

RE:
Tonsil stone stuck in my throat I think?
I think I have a tonsil stone stuck in my throat. My left tonsil is enlarged, I constantly taste the smell associated with a tonsil stone in my mouth and I can feel something whenever I swallow. I've had tonsil stones coughed up before but this one seems stuck. It's getting really...

Know the asteroid wellhead tonsil stones them for many years and it's been title not eventually.
Best decision I've ever made! I was shocked by the way of getting out the stones out. It was so easy, but more importantly, painless. I really liked the little trick he had for preventing gag reflex. He have one happy customer here.

I get tonsil stones too. Mine are small though, so I don't have any advice for you, but if it were me I would get a magnified mirror with a light and open up wide and if you can see it use a sterilized spoon or tweezers that aren't shart or something to that effect to try and GENTLY dislodge it. I do that sometimes with mine 'cause I hate the thought that they are there.

I get huge ones and I just use my toothbrush to dislodge them. It takes few tries but it works. They are the most irritating things. It feels like I get them in my throat, is that possible?

They go away after 3-4 days. If it gets annoying just gargle with salt water. When you feel the need to cough, do it, it will help dislodge it, but don't try to pick it out, your finger nails have lots of bacteria and you'll just wind up infecting your throat more.
