What the hell kinda question is that?? "Is it okay to have sex with a woman who is in a committed relationship"--that is another way to word your sentence. COME ON! Of course the answer is no because that is called being UNFAITHFUL as Rihanna would sing so get a damn life and be a male-whore (friend with benefit as you call it) with someone who ISN'T attached.

Think of her boyfriend--she is taken. She's not yours to be sleeping with. If she were single, fine. Bang her all you want. She's not single. You, by sleeping with her, have single handedly destroyed her relationship, his trust of her, and his trust in women.
Think of her--you are helping a serial cheater continue on with her ways. Once a cheater always a cheater. While I'm sure the sex was great, you helped a cheater destroy a relationship.
