You are so right. This will be Mexico in a few more years if something is not done. People need to educate their self as to how their congress men are voting and get them out next time around if they are selling this country out for some votes from the mexicans. If their legal thats fine.....if their here illegally then they broke our laws and we don't want them and should not have them. Since when do we reward someone for breaking our laws.
I don't want to here this crap about our great great grandparents probally came here from another country once upon a time. Yup, maybe so, but they stood for hours at Ellis Island...did the paperwork and thanked god for the chance to come here. Theygot no freebee's, no welfare, (they had pride) they rolled up their sleeves and went to work and paid there way. They did not put a drain on our schools and hospital.....if they made a bill they paid it...they had pride, didn't want something for nothing.
If our goverment gives amnesty to people that broke the law then they are selling our country out, plain and simple.
Go to Mexico and see what you get if you break the law, see if there is anything you can get for nothing, or if they feel they owe you anything. I have been told you can commit murder over their and if you have $50 in your pocket you can walk away .
These people have to be laughing at the stupid americans over here. They go home and tell them about all the things you get for free here in the good ole USA. Then a few more thousand come across the border. What do you think this talk about amnesty is doing, many more want to get here before this takes place, then their safe and will get to bring all their family over here.
I can go on and on...if we don't stand up and be counted soon, its going to be to late.

First and foremost you all need to study history and learn about America's history. America belonged to the Indians when it was taken away from them. Black people helped make this country what it is today with "free labor". There is not one person living in the United States who can say they started here and have no other origins. Louisiana belonged to the French, Florida belonged to the Spaniards, Georgia and other states belonged to the British. Exactly which history book are you getting your facts from? Before you ask a question like that you need to educate yourself. Other people's sweat and blood help make this country what it is. Stop the racism and learn to live with each other. We are all God's children, made in His image. He doesn't discriminate against you why would you discriminate against His children.

Relax. Write your city council, express your views on the issue of illegal immigration. Write your state representatives, too. I think there should be national open-house forums on more and more issues, and not just for business owners or whatever, either. Since we've got the internet and all, now, they can even be virtual. Check out the web, see what your state's got to offer, that way. Legislatures make better decisions when they serve informed voters...

Well many of our Forefathers walked in here from elsewhere because things were not to good in England and France, and they took it away from the Native Americans who were originally here for thousands of years. Then the Irish came in here because they were starving at home when the potato crop failed. They were called sub human, and the people were told that they would make the Pope President. because they were Papist dogs. Then the Italians came in and because things were not to good in Italy back then. The Irish, many of whom were policeman by then, hated them and tried to get them thrown out. They held their own. Then came the Russians and the Jews because things in their country wasn't to good over there... All of these people are wonderful Americans now. They died in our wars and helped make this country what it is today. I guess that is why the political party who told us to hate the Irish were calling themselves the No-Nothing Party. I guess they are still around today after all.

Don't worry... Although we see to be alone, we are far from it... you better believe me when I say that the federal government is smarter than they seem. While pro-illegals are showing all of the cards in their hands, the government of America is plotting & planning & simmering & waiting for the right time to make the necessary changes in regards to illegal immigration here in this great country!

HELL NO !!!!!! They secured this country, and helped make it, what it has become. We need to get the illegals out, and stop selling America to China. This country needs better leadership, we need to speak out in 2008, and show Washington what we mean.

I fought, my father fought and my mother's brothers fought. My cousins fought, and many., many others worked very hard and contributed to the prosperity this country enjoys.
About 50% of the family I'm speaking about is of past Mexican ancestry. And yes we need to get a handle on population control, but we need to stop focusing on South of the Border and do it in a non-racial way.

And one more thing, when a politician (even Bush) or a news media person (Glenn Beck) speak out against terrorism, don't attack them just because they lean too far the the right, side with them against the terrorists!
Terrorists don't check your voter registration card before they decapitate you or blow you up.
