it depends on if you're hangin with a whiskey, Amaretto Hennessy, Southern Comfort, Goldschlauger, or rum (dark, spiced, vanilla, etc) type of crowd
They're all good!!! Real good!!!
I don't reccommend mixing it with wine, beer, gin, or vodka
If you're planning on drinking a lot of spiked eggnog, might I suggest "light" eggnog, you can consume many more beverages before getting that "overly stuffed" feeling

Captain morgan spiced rum, any vanilla flavored vodka, or a brandy. Really popular with spiced rums.

I don't know if rum is liquor but thats the only thing I know of.

rum is what is modernly used now days people put anything in it as long as it gets them drunk but i would say to try rum fist then try others later to see which one you like the best. but modernly use rum

Rum is the most traditional but you can use whatever you want. Cognac works well too.
