The first thing I notice about a guy is his smile then his eyes if I'm close enough I love to see if he is wearing cologne. A man who smells good can turn a woman on in a heart beat. Of course having a nice rear helps.

well for me i first look at his appearance a clean cut well groomed man is always appealing to any woman with real taste his gear has to be top notch (gear meaning cloths)
