Sounds like Diabetes. We have a friend whose dog is diabetic! Have him checked asap! Call a vet a last NOW - even if an emergency vet. What concerns me is the lack of urination. They will ask you a series of questions to ascertain the level of urgency, so do call this evening.

Take him to the vet ASAP even if it has to be an emergency after hours. Most large cities have a 24 hour clinic. If you live in a small community go ahead and call the vets office. They should have an emergency line which you can leave your name & phone #. Leave a brief message about your dogs problem. The vet should get back with you to let you know what to do. Good luck and I hope your pup will be ok.

High blood levels of glucose can cause several problems, including frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision. However, because type 2 diabetes develops slowly, some people with high blood sugar experience no symptoms at all. How to treat diabetes naturally https://tr.im/ZPtKr

Symptoms of type 1 diabetes:

Increased thirst
Increased urination
Weight loss in spite of increased appetite
Fatigue

If you think you have diabetes i think you should have a checkup and speak with your doctor just in case.

Just let him do what he does. The only thing you should be considered about is that he isn't urinating as much. By him not urinating can cause some internal problems as you would know already. I'm sorry i've completely forgotten what I was going to say. Sorry

yeah, not so sure about the fever. Mine didn't really want to eat or drink. He just laid around and shook. He could be having symptoms of diabetes, except he isn't peeing much. He could be having kidney problems.

It sounds like your dog needs to be tested for diabetes and/or have his/her kidneys checked. Make sure you don't miss your vet appt.
