I have tried this twisted diet, and I've put on 7 pounds in a month. I go to McDonalds around 9 30 three times a week and eat 2 or 3 double cheeseburgers. Then I go home and go directly to sleep. When you sleep your body does not burn many of the calories you have eaten, so it is a prime time to put on weight.

You can even do this with peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Strange, but it works.I think it beats any pill.

As long as you are healthy and eating in a balanced way- for pete sake do not take drugs to alter your metabolism.

No, eat more calories, do less exercise. Simple as that.
