how come certain people always have a stuffy nose. like they always seem to be sniffing. just wondering that today...

Quite a lot of people have bad allergies (to things like dust, pollen, and animal dander). Also, influenza is easily passed around, simply by being around a sick person's sneeze, or touching a faucet in a public bathroom (This applies to seasonal colds as well).

Colds are easy to spread around. Just one person who sneezes can spread a virus out throught the whole room. If a person is sniffing or has the sniffles, really, tell them they need to get the bugars out because your body is prosessing the bugars and they dont need them any more. Really it is no problom but when you are around them wash your hands. More information go to the links below. Hope I helped!
