ok, im not looking for a quick fix or anything on how to lose weight(not that if thats the result wuld it be bad....), but i havent been eating very healthy lately and i just feel like plain crap, i know fasting is when u eat nothing, but heck i cant do that, would it be bad for my body to go on a fasting/diet of only fruits/vegatable and water for a few days to a week, just to clear mysef out? i know my body needs more nutrients than just fruits and veggies but would it be bad for a week if im just doing it for a healthy boost??
