ok, im not looking for a quick fix or anything on how to lose weight(not that if thats the result wuld it be bad....), but i havent been eating very healthy lately and i just feel like plain crap, i know fasting is when u eat nothing, but heck i cant do that, would it be bad for my body to go on a fasting/diet of only fruits/vegatable and water for a few days to a week, just to clear mysef out? i know my body needs more nutrients than just fruits and veggies but would it be bad for a week if im just doing it for a healthy boost??

I went 3-4 weeks on fruits and veggies and it did not hurt.

But I sure felt better when I got some fish and chicken added to the diet. Make sure you get 5 servings of fruits and veggies each day.

A good way to eat fruit is by itself - as a snack.
NOT as a dessert as the main meal takes a while to digest
and fruit dissolves so quickly and will start to ferment - yuck!

PS also did 9 days on a water fast - really cleaned some poisons out.

THAT IS ACTUALLY A VERY GOOD IDEA AND IT SHOULD NOT HURT YOU AT ALL. YOU ARE NOT WANTING TO LOSE YOUR APPETITE WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS TO EAT THE RIGHT FOODS THAT ARE VITAMIN AND NUTRIENT RICH. WHEN YOU HAVE AN APPETITE FOR UNHEALTHY FOODS THIS IS BECAUSE YOUR BODY IS WANTING A CERTAIN OR SPECIFIC VITAMIN OR MINERAL FROM THAT FOOD AND THIS IS THE ONLY FOOD THAT YOUR BODY KNOWS HAS IT,BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT THE FOOD IS MORE UNHEALTHY THEN HEALTHY. I THINK THAT THE JUICE MAN JUICERS ARE VERY GOOD AT HELPING A PERSON TO KEEP A GOOD BODY WEIGHT, YOU CAN BUY THEM AT COSTCO. THIS IS PROBABLY YOUR BEST ANSWER BECAUSE YOUR HEALTH ALWAYS COMES FIRST. AVOID ANY OF THE RISKS OF WEIGHT LOSS DRUGS BY TAKING A BETTER APPROACH! THERE ARE TO MANY SIDE AFFECTS WITH DRUGS!
