okay women i dont know if this means anything but if a girl gives me eye contact and smiles is she just being friendly or does she want me to go up and talk to her?

I look at guys all the time in the eyes and it doesn't mean anything. I'm at a job where you have to be nice to people all day (plus I'm the kind of person where I can't stand other people thinking I'm being rude to them), so I constantly am trying to look other people in the eyes when I talk to them or look past them. It helps other people to think you're not just consumed in thoughts about yourself and you think about etiquette.

If a girl goes farther than looking and smiling, like, looking back more than twice, just go up and introduce yourself. Tell her you're new to the area or something and ask if she knows a good coffee shop. Should work.
