We will celebrate Eid al Adha around christmas time this year.
It is a celebration of the pilgramage that each muslim is required to make at least once in his/her lifetime. A common tradition is to slaughter a sheep in the same ritual that Abraham was told to sacrifice his son, but was instead given a sheep, and then we distribute the meat among family or the poor.
Its a four day holiday, and we usually give gifts, invite relatives, have huuuge dinners, etc...

they next muslim holiday that is coming is called eid ul adha. and they its celebrated is......you wake up in the morning take a shower, change into new clothes and look nice and greet everyone saying happy eid and they the family/ relatives and friends get togather and sacrafise an animal in the name of allah and they divide the meat in 3 even portions 1 for the family, 1 for realtives and friends and the 3rd for poor/ any not so rich neighbor etc.... and you can have a party or go to places with friends and family etc..... elders give youngers money and gifts. thanks for asking. may allah help u and guide you.
and some peole go for hajj(pilgrimage) and spent their eid there. you must perform hajj once in ur lifetime it you have saved enough money but if u dont have the money then atlease have the intention and allah will help you.

Eid Ul Adha is coming up. This is celebrated after the conclusion of the Hajj. A goat is sacrificed and one third given to the poor, one third to family and friends and one third is kept to yourself.
How will I celebrate it? At work.

ok next holiday will be on 31 dec it is not the same day every year cuz we in our calander we follow the moon not the sun
ppl wake up early in the morning and go to the mosqe to do eid prayer
then they get back to home and butcher ram
and give to he poor
the rest of the day they visit other freinds
they keep on visiting for 3 days
they gave kids money and candies

It will be soon time for Pilgramage. Which is when Muslims worldwide go to Mecca and perform sacred rites for God.
