nope, just go to the shelter and ask them too help, ask the person incharge before time to see if there is still room, and if not go to another one

In California you need a permit to hand out any type of food.
So, let me get this straight...You want to go into the park and
feed people you don't know....It could turn out to be a case
Of biting the hand that feeds you. Take at least four of your friends. Big ones.

What a wonderful deed ---------I dont think you will have to have a permit you may have some friends to come along just in case they can help serve the food,also have the local paper to be aware of this or local news agency just to have some support and witness any problems//God bless

you may want to check , call a food bank ,church or something like that to make sure with it being food I would worry about food regulations they would want to make sure the food does not become contaminated. Good luck
