I used to have long hair and now I cut it super short. This guy who has seen me with long hair only once noticed that my hair is short now.
Does that mean anything or he's just noticing changes like everyone else does?

then he might have been noticing you.
he might like you.
cause once a guy notice you made some difference in you.
they will defanitly notice it.

Well I'd say he's probably interested because most guys if they're not interested don't know what your hair colour is , whether it's long or short LOL. I'd take it as a good sign.

I am a junior in high school, and when I comment to a girl about her appearence, it either means I think she is cute or I like her, I don't know which it is for him but, it is definitly a positive sign that he is commenting on it either way. Try to find out which it is, by talking to him more. Good Luck

Just because he was the only one to say something doesn't mean he was he only one to notice. And just because he said something doesn't mean he likes you. If you like him then you at least know that he doesn't mind talking to you. Good luck!
