Boy ? girl ? Tell him (if its a guy ) that he's smelling athletic..then go from there, "Dude you smell a bit athletic ,you need a bath before the flowers fade " a lady ? When did you start working out at the gym ? You smell like you have had a really rough workout ."

You could tell them about this great new deodorant you found (and name a brand). If it isn't body odor that you are smelling but other funky stuff, there could be a medical problem. If you aren't close enough to the person to speak with them, approach one of their friends. If this is a work situation, you can speak with your boss and let him or her handle it.

Run up to them and say."You Stink!!!" That will get the message across! Laugh while doing it.

Put your suggestions in a positive manner. Such as suggest that improving what they eat may help attract members of the opposite sex by improving the attractiveness of their pheromones.
