I've known from experience that the best hours to get rejuvinating sleep is between 12 am and 4 am ......the body at this time needs to sleep......and depending on your biological clock the other hours of rest whether it be a 2 hour nap during the day or perhaps you sleep a full 8 hours at nite......you should be well rested. So. your restorative/rejuvinating sleep is essential between the hours of 12 and 4 am.

no, your body needs sleep, some people sleep better at certain hours of the day,, but there is no set time, in general , that you get better , more restorative sleep,,,, most should try to sleep atleast 7 to 9 hours straight, so that your body goes threw all the phases of sleep, light/deep etc

it doesn't matter what hours of the day you sleep, as long as you get from 5-8 hours of sleep every 24 hours.

the hour of the day doesn't matter, what does is reaching REM sleep where your body is able to rejuvenate itself. ideally this should occur for at least 5 simultaneous hours.

It depends on your intrinsic clock (circadian rythm)..most persons have the most rejuvenating sleep(REM sleep) early in the morning between 4am to 6am
