I wouldn't believe them - it doesn't sound right, and they could have some ulterior motive. Nevertheless, you should try to get to the bottom of it.

Trust your gut! 9 times out of 10 you will be right!
If you and your boyfriend have a strong relationship built on trust and open communication, then you should bring this up! Don't hurt yourself in the long run or allow jealously to take over you by not bringing this up.
This is not nice to say, or to even want to realize, but maybe your man's friends don't like you? and they may be saying these things to cause friction in your relationship. Your man is the only person who knows the truth, and hopefully he will give that to you when you ask him about what you've been hearing.
Or, maybe his friends like you and repsect you and they are just giving you a heads up!? You won't truly know until you bring this up with your man.
In the end though, you should trust your gut and your instincts. Your inner voice usually never lies.
All the best!

I would kind of believe them. However, you need to take a serious look at how he treats you. If you feel really comfortable with him and are confident in his feeling for you, then maybe they are wrong. It's natural to flirt when the other is not there. It's fun. you may be the one he really loves. but it's your call. you have the facts. now what are you going to do with them? It's tricky right? I'm going through a similar thing myself.

If it's multiple sources, and being told to you when they are not in a group, it may be true.
One of two possibilities: Either they're trying to get to you around your beau, or he's cheating so hard core that they're actually ratting him out to you; it would have to be very bad for them to go behind his back and tell you.
