It's from the french and it literally means "already seen".
So Déjà vu: Is a feeling where you strongly feel like you already have seen somthing that is hapening, like if you had already lived it. Some times it can be so strrong that while you're in the middle of somthing you can even prdict how things will take place.
Further than that I must admit myself to be ignorent. So i'll be watching the up comming answers.

When you are experiencing something in real time and you feel as though it's already happened in the exact way and place you are in right now. Deja (already in french) Vu (seen in french)..

it's a government conspiracy they hoped you'd never figure out. But really, they have a time machine and use it, and when you experience deja vu it's because of the overlap of time.
