I heard there was something about thinking foods. You eat them and they open your mind for a test, like the gum therie (if you eat gum while taking a test it opens your mind and gives you more air to your brane). That theary is true but is there foods that can do that?? Hope you can help!!

I do believe you've been led down the wrong path. The best way to do well on a test is to study. The only food I know that "opens your mind" is mushrooms. (Not the ones in the grocery store..lol)

Yes! It's foods with Omega 3. Mostly fish, but flaxseed is full of Omega 3. You can buy it already ground or milled, or you can buy the seeds and grind them in a processor. They have to be ground though, to get the full benefit. Just sprinkle it on other foods when cooking. It takes about a tablespoon a day to get good results and you can't really taste it. Just a little bit of a nutty flavor. It's very good for you in many ways.

Mints are the best it keeps u awake and alert my teacher used to give them out before tests and i got 100 every time its realy cool

Well.... good nutrition is definitely important to good health and as the result good thinking. Eat well, including the foods that contain the materials needed to build and maintain your neural network.

this works for me, eat some chocolate and wash it down with water. it opens up your brain and it stimulates it, so it begans to pump more blood to the brain to think clearer.

fish is called the "smart food" Also things that containt folic acid.

seafood makes you remember and alert...especially boiled shrimp and raw oysters.....but all seafood works.
blueberries help with memory.....caffine and energy drinks make you think faster
