2 have headack so bad that your nose bleeds and it takes about 15 to 20 min 2 get it 2 stop what should i do i always have a headack it never gose away

This problem is not normal! I recommend seeing a chiropractor since many headaches can arise from problems of the cervical spine(neck). Chiropractors are some of the most sought after practitioners for the treatment of headaches. I would seek care imediately. Here is also a sight that may help.

See a doctor as soon as you can. Both severe nosebleed and persistent headache are symptoms that hint at something going on inside your skull that shouldn't be going on. Don't fool around with it.
I had repeating (cyclic) migraines at one time. Medicine was enough to control them, so it can be done. My occasional severe nosebleeds turned out to be a weak spot in a vein inside my nostril. Sealing it up (with silver nitrate on the end of a swab) made it go away.

try putting ice on your forehead, that should work for both headaches and nosebleeds. but the best thing is, go to your doctor this is serious!
by the way, check your spelling of headache :-)

Please go to the emergency room at the hospital. It sounds like you have a blocked sinus cavity or some sort of sinusitis, infection or something similar. I hope it isn't anything worse, my dear. Good luck, dear. pcr

sounds like high blood pressure.....when your nose bleeds it relieves the pressure..get to the doctor as soon as possible.

Try rubbing ice on your forehead. It really works when i have headaches.
