If you dont eat anything, there is nothing for your body to digest, which theoretically means you cant poop!

Well, anorexics usually take a lot of laxatives so anything that might be in their systems is evacuated ......

That's part of what makes being an annorexic so dangerous, if they do not eat, they are not going to have healthy bowel movements.

Anorexics do eat, but very little. Their bowel movements will be very limited, they may find themselves with all kinds of digestive problems. HTH.
