Are sleepy eyes, somewhat ripped abs, wavy hair, a tall slim figure, and a somewhat babyish look for a teenager considered attractive?

Depends a lot on who's looking at this teenager. Some would most certainly find it attractive while others would not be turned on.

ya it is attractive but it depends on how u carryu urself,supposingle u wear thick blocked glasses on this luk then??????
so beside attractive luks u need a rite attitude to carry it off well
