A nice picture frame for his wedding picture. A personalized towel matching towel set for him and his wife. A comforter set. Something both of them can use because they are 1 NOW.

Money or something on the registry. Easy as pie. Money is really the best gift cuz they can get whatever they need. In fact when my hubby and I got married we'd already lived together for a while so we had a house full of stuff. We actually used a bit of the wedding money to get groceries. Hey, it's what we needed...

Something on his registry would be easy and safe. So would a gift certificate or just cold, hard cash!
If you want to go all out, purchase wine for the wedding night and send with them before they take off in the get-away car. (If you are underage, have mom purchase on your behalf.)

get him a frame that has a pic of you n him when you were little...and one of you n him now. if not that, then a photo album...fill in the first few pages of your family with him thru the years...and then some pics of her and him and your family ...and leave the rest for the two of them to add to!
if not that maybe pay for their wedding night in their hotel room....or get them a gift certificate to a fancy restaurant that is in the area of their honeymoon---or call ahead make reservations and give the garcon your credit card information to bill it to.
or...get him condoms...unless you want to be an aunt...in which case, buy her fertility sticks! lol...

Make a movie of his last week as a single man, including the ride to the church before the wedding...you'll enjoy it.
Get THEM a gift.

If him and his fiance haven't registered for anything, the best thing to do is write them a check and give them a really nice card. That way they will be able to decide for themselves what they need more on their registry.

Get him a present.
Come on, what kind of a question is this? How would we know what to get him, we don't know him, or his bride! You know him best, and you know her. Get them something you think they would like.
