Its fine.
Its society that has hardwired women through many centuries stating that if a woman makes the advance first she's "loose". In present times this is starting to die off. So go for it.

It is absoultely not wrong to tell a guy that you like him if a girl told me that face to face and if it was a girl I liked I would tell her that I liked her back.

I think alot of girls like me, and dont tell me. Man if they came up face to face and told me, I would be totally like whoa. That is so hot. And they would get like 50 kudos points extra for doing it. And if I liked her okay, I would be like I was JUST gonna totally tell you I liked you too!! =D

No, it isn't wrong -- in fact, it just might be the impetus he needs to open up to you!
What would I say? Well, what I would say does not really matter because every guy is different. He might say "cool" or he might say "get lost" -- you won't really know until you give it a try...

never wrong to say to a guy you like him. just dont do it over msn or texting. It shows that you aren't good enought to talk in person and its cowardice.
