Hi everyone, I am an 18 year old male with a height of 5'3".
This really bugs me. I have not grown since i was about 14. Is there any chance i might grow taller? Is there anything I can do to increase my chances? For example I've heard stretching daily might help, and eating certain foods. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. Thank you.

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL2VT , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

There is a chance I know someone who didnt really start growing till he was about your age, he's now about 5'9", the fact that you havent grown since you were 14 may suggest that you're a 'late bloomer' (sorry for sounding like a gran). As for anything you can do to help, just eat healtherly and make sure you have some calcium, a glass of milk a day will do, but the rest is up to fate.

A doctor is unlikely to give you growth steriods unless there are other signs of abnormal growth problems ie dwarfism, which by the sounds of it you dont have

It's possible. I grew about an inch or so after I was 18. But I'm guessing you'd like more growth than that.

I think you might want to follow the earlier suggestion and see if you are a candidate for HGH injections from your doctor.

There are also operations to literally insert extra inches in your legs. You'd have to be pretty desperate though since that would be expensive and painful.

It depends how tall your family are and around which time in thier lives they started growing. This kind of stuff runs in families. Frankly, I don't think it should bother you. I'm always being told I'm short so now I just forget about it. Be happy with your height!

Are you Killer Raptor or Killer Midget? I'm only 5'4", & everyone in my family is taller than me. They say size matters, but not in height. It's what's inside that counts.
