No---Ginger Ale does NOT have caffeine in it.
Neither does 7-UP.

Actually ginger ale is one of the few soft drinks that DOES NOT have caffeine in it. It is also very helpful for an upset tummy. Creme Soda and Root Beer is also decaffeinated.

No it does not. Coke is not recommended to give kids when they have the
flu because the caffeine in it could increase a fever. Gingerale doesn't
have caffeine so it is okay.

yes, canada dry green tea ginger ale has caffeine in it and barq's root beer has caffeine in it as well.
