Experience. Didn't have at the time. But 2 minutes later started again and 2 hours later, more than made up for it.

I would not be embarrassed. Most guys first times are quick as you tend to be overexicted and do not have the experience yet. If it is not his first first time, then 30 seconds is quick, but can still be partly explained by it being the first time with someone new that they like/love. The best sex is with someone that you have been with for a long time and not the first time.
If it happened now, I would do everything I could to make her experience as pleasurable as possible.

Well most guys if it's been a while since one has had sex then they normally go quick anyways. We understand that. But we hope/expect that you can get it up again and last longer the next time. So if you can do that, then your good.
Well as for the girl, it's a little disappointing that he couldn't last long. Maybe next time not so much forplay? Or release him before you guys have sex again...then start it all up while he is "empty". But I would have to say that he would be embrassed. Guys are supposed to last longer that. SO it's embrassing. Just be understanding and encourage him....practice will help him last longer.

That's normal
EVERYBODY'S first time is really bad - for guys, they come too quickly, and for girls it hurts..
And this isn't the last time it will happen - even when you get lots of experience, every time you have a new partner, it's like your "first time" all over again - in other words, you'll come in 30 seconds, and it will hurt for her..
That's just the way sex is - don't be embarassed, the next time you're with this girl, it will be better and the next time it'll be even better... the more times you're with the same partner, the better it is

I think most guys do get embarrassed about cumming so soon. The thing that women need to realize is this is inevitable and it's no big deal! When you first have sex, there aren't many couples that just have sex once and that's it. It's usually a "session" of sex, so once out of half a dozen isn't such a bad thing. Women should take this as a compliment. Her man is so excited to be with her, he can't contain himself!

I have a feeling that you are younger and not very experienced, but don't worry, it's very common for the first few times.
Just say that she was no beautiful and you were so turned on by her that came that quickly.
If it happens again, don't worry, practice makes perfect. There are also products you can buy to make you last longer, like Time in a Bottle for Pure Romance. Naming the American presidents in order work well too. ;-P
I don't think she would mind all that much. Just make sure you take the time to satisfy her in return. Don't just come and quit.

Sometimes the excitment builds up through dating and that happens. She should take it as a compliment that you got so excited. THIS TIME. Don't let it tur into a habit tho. Next time, if you feel like things are going to end to fast- just kind of back away a bit and then let it build up again. You can justtell her- baby your are getting me so hot- let me cool off a minute. Wait til things calm down and then start up again. Or if things finish fast. Take a break and go for "seconds". :-)

I wouldn't be embarrassed but I would think the girl would not like me for finishing it so quickly.
Sometimes, I also come 30 seconds. It depends on when you did it last time

That's embarassing. But I think you should be asking the girls advice on whether if they were the girl in the situation if they would be mad or upset. If I were the girl in that situation, I wouldn't be mad.
