Men are in charge of women, because Allah hath made the one of them to excel the other, and because they spend of their property (for the support of women). So good women are the obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah hath guarded. As for those from whom ye fear rebellion, admonish them and banish them to beds apart, and scourge them. Then if they obey you, seek not a way against them.

Christianity praised Jesus (Peace Be Upon Him) more than the God. They confessed their
sins to a human-- priest. They pray through a media to reach God. They declared Jesus as the son of God.
Whereas in Islam, muslims need to be cleansed
with water before praying directly to the God.
They pray 5 times per day and they confessed their sins directly to the Almighty. They fast for 30 days (a month) once every year, so as to cleanse their intestine against disease, to cultivate patience and sympathy towards mankind. Muslims are obligated to pilgrimage as a sign of sincere repentance towards the God.

Right now I am doing a bit of research on this myself, and there are several big differences that stick out to me.
For one thing, Muslims are not sure of their entrance into paradise because their religion is works based. They never know which way the scales will tilt: heaven or hell. Their only absolute security in a good afterlife is when they commit jihad, or kill themselves for the good of Allah, spreading his name by getting rid of unbelievers or infidels. Christianity, however, is a religion of salvation. Christians believe that Jesus Christ became God incarnate, died for every person's sins, and rose from the dead, conquering Satan by proving that he has no power over God. When a person truly believes this and prays to God and confesses their sins, Christians believe that that person will go to heaven. Those that do not believe in Jesus, however, will go to hell, not heaven.
Another area is the view of these religions God. Muslims and Christians both believe that their God created the world, that he is all powerful, and that he speaks to man verbally and in written form. The difference is in the area of love. Muslims believe that if Allah was loving of all people he would be weak and this would be restrictive, so he loves "the good" (Qur'an, Surah 3:76). This makes Allah's love conditional. Christians believe that God is love. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the WORLD, He gave His one and only son..." (emphasis added).
There are many other differing areas, such as the importance of women, views on marriage, views on violence, and views on treatment of other faiths. Regrettfully, I cannot go into detail on these subjects at the present time due to lack of it. Hopefully this shed a bit of light on some areas for you.

The biggest difference is that Christians believe Jesus is the son of God.
All other religions either don't believe in Jesus or they don't believe he's the son of God.

Muslims (and Islam) say Jesus was a prophet but they reject all His teachings ...
They reject Christ's divinity;
they reject his claim to be the Son of God;
they reject his death on the cross...
they reject His ressurrection..
They reject Jesus is the Christ/ Messiah...
Need I say more...?
Don't be deceived. The Islamic god is totally different than the God of Jesus Christ .
"Who is a liar but he that denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-Christ, that denies the Father and the Son. He that denies the Son, the same has not the Father." (I John 2:22)
