Can i use regular rollers for a home perm?

No. You should get the small "perm rollers." You can pick up a package for pretty cheap at Wal-Mart. The normal rollers won't hold the perm.

YES you can use regular rollers for a perm ( ive done it many times with great results).
you CANNOT use rollers with any METAL in them, sponge or plastic with a sleeve to hold them are perfect

No regular roller and no metal rollers. You need to go to a beauty supply store and buy your permanent rollers and you will need the papers too that folds when you are rolling your curlers...Hope this helps you!

It depend what kind of rollers do you have. Try the coffee stick
or the straw that will be fun, you will probably like the result.
