Any decent sized pet store, like Pet Smart, Petco or Pet Supermarket, has a huge selection of collars, including the Haltis, and harnesses. We always get harnesses, tho, for all the dogs at our shelter. Some have neck injuries from people leaving collars on too long, or have been repeatedly yanked by idiots who have been told to show they are the Alpha humans.
Are you trying to say Huskie, or something else? Choke chains don't always work on stubborn dogs because some would rather gag and choke and still pull. If it is a Huskie, they love to pull. That's what they do very well, in case you've never seen the Iditarod.
If you're going to PetSmart anyway, why not register for one of their training classes? You may be able to eliminate the problem through behavior training, on the part of you and the dog. The Dog Whisperer does this weekly, but he's also out of the price range of most of us :-)
GOod luck to you

A harness with a 24'' lead.
My dog used to have just a regular collar and 6'' leash, but now that I switched her to a harness and a 24'' leash, she doesn't pull at all. I guess what also helps is that you feel more in control with a short leash.
Plus the harness seems more comfortable than being choked by a collar, but somehow still gets the dog to stop pulling.

I had problems with my Rottweiler pulling me all around, and this is when he was wearing a choke chain. We switched to a pinch or prong collar and have had no problems since then. In fact, at this point, whenever I put the collar on for our walks, it's like a switch, he knows he has to behave, and I very rarely have to correct him. I've also tried the Halti/gentle leaders without success. Maybe it was just my dog, but he seemed to fight that device quite a lot. A harness tends to offer you less control over the dog, and they will still pull you along quite a bit.

It depends on how you feel about training collars. There are many ways out there ranging from shock collars to obedience lessons. Its all on how "appropriate" the owner feels the different options are.
Personally, I have a large mixed breed dog (about 100 lbs) that used to pull me everywhere. I invested in a training collar from Petco. The collar is called the Aspen Pet Mighty Link Chain Training Collar. It doesn't work like a typical choke collar, instead it causes the dog discomfort when they pull. Not painful discomfort like "shock collars". I tested it out on myself...yeah, I know that sounds crazy, but I was curious about what I was about to do to my dog. Anyways, it works wonders. I can now control my dog much better and our walks are wonderful!
I put the link in the "source" area if you want to check it out. The collar for a dog your size will probably be around $25. Its worth every penny! If your dog grows, you can buy extra links to add to the collar.

Okay, I have an American Eskimo and a choke collar was USELESS for her when I was trying to get her to not pull. It never phased her one bit and she pulled anyway.
Training is what you need to focus on her. When you are walking your dog and your dog begins to pull, immediately turn in the opposite direction of the pull. Do this each and every time your dog pulls. Eventually your dog will realize he is going to get jerked around if he gets ahead of you and isn't paying attention to you and where you are walking.
This takes time, patience, and probably a good amount of muscle for a strong dog like you have, but it will be so well worth it to have a dog that doesn't pull at all!

I have the same problem, try a harness, they are easier on the dogs neck and seem to help with the whole pulling thing.

there is a thing called a "Halti",its a halter for dogs that pull alot,it goes on their face like a horse halter and gives you full control,it doesn't take long for the dog to get used to it either.I think choker collars are cruel on dogs that pull, you can do all sorts of damage to their airways

For a husky? All the answers that answered GL, halti and harness were good, but a husky is a husky. You will want to work a lot of red light/green light to get your husky to realize that he can be out front, but he is not pulling a sled right now. Long job, requiring patience.
