If you are only having a ceremony then you should only be sending out an invite for a ceremony. Usually if the couple is having a reception, they will send a reception card in the envelope with the invite for the ceremony. There is no need to put it on the program. If people didn't get an invite to the reception, they'll get the picture.

List the program as you wish. At the bottom say something like.

We have elected to forego the traditional reception but thank you for joining us in our time of celebration.

That's that.

Jo & Tom would like to invite bill smith to join with us in celebration of our committment to each other while we exchange our mariage vows.
as we are immediately catching a plane/boat/bus to our honeymoon destination ; in lieu of a reception we will be having champagne & cake in the foyer of the ceremony venue
