The answer is rabbit but I don't see how.

the first letter of the lines with words is RBBT. its rabbit with no vowels

Take the first letter of the words
R BB T
then each snap is for the vowel placement: 1 snap is A, 2 for E, 3 for I, 4 for O and 5 for U
So you end with R a BB i T
easy :)
