Personally I prefer to create my own desktop themes. The Microsoft download Center also offers desktop themes for free. Be careful loading any of these themes from any web site should not use before some of them come loaded up pretty good with viruses.

You can download may themes from the web but they might contan virus or spy wer.
You can make you one power point by getting pictures yours or some from the web and have them play as a power point screen saver
Desktop I just find something I like and right click then see background click and it is on your desktop
