I think it's intriguing. I talked about how I feel on here and some person told me that I had some traits of the person I was in my previous life. I said how I am the most controlling person I know, and that is true. That person told me I'm probably frustrated because I can't control people like I did in my previous life. Isn't that interesting?

Or perhaps you were equaly frustrated in the former life as well.

Trying to control things leads to frustration whether you were that way before or not.

Buddhism is about what to do with your mind right now. The past may be interesting, but really, in Buddhism, it doesn't matter. Beliefs are also not important in Buddhism. For that matter, it's quite possible to be a Buddhist & not spend any time thinking about past lives or related topics.

How do we act to reduce suffering for ourself & others right now? That's what's important. Everything else is ancillary (although eventually we learn how everything can help us as well)

So, to answer your question, I don't know. Maybe they thought you might be intrigued by the past life concept.

I highly recommend looking more into Buddhism if you are so inclined to wish for more peace, self control & lovingkindness. This is what I have found, as well as a much improved memory!

Peace to all,

;-)

Very interesting!
Now that you know this, what steps are you taking to get even closer to enlightenment? It sounds like you have made progress since your previous existence. I hope that in the next cycle that you do not even feel the need to control others at all!

Yeah, not everyone can be as easily pushed around like your parents.

You probably had them wrapped around your pinky, and now that you're older and nobody thinks your as great as your parents do, you're just a bit p!ssed off.

Very interesting. And isn't it interesting that you *can't* in this lifetime, when you did in your previous? There's a lesson in that! : )

They tell you this in order to try and get your attention so they may get you to believe the crap they are selling. It seems you pulled your wallet out for it.
