Know that God doesn't give you more than what you can handle. Sometimes life throws obstacles at you, but overcoming them only makes you stronger there after. There are tests given to individuals for them to advance in life. I know it doesn't seem like it in the moment but once your passed it...what a relief and you learn something grand after that: That you can make it; just keep going forwards and never look back. After good comes some discomfort, however after than discomfort comes good again. That is just the way life is structured. Know that you are a special creation of God and he loves you and only wants you to grow from this experience. It's like a mother and her toddler. Just as soon as he or she attempts walking, he falls...many times actually. His mother watches from a distance, crossing her fingers he won't fall again. Once in a while she will hold his hand and guide him forwards. But the only way to train him to walk ahead is if she lets go of his hand and let him try, fall, then get up again. Eventually, through the trial and error, the baby masters his motor skills and makes it across the room...without falling. His mother leaps for joy and embracing him with pride. "You did it," she says..."You did it!"

In the same way, tell your self that you can make it passed this situation and keep pushing forwards with perseverance. I always recommend people go out for a brisk walk in the fresh air for at least 20 minutes alone. After 10 minutes you develop of a rhythm of breathing as you focus on it to get sufficient oxygen in you lungs. The concentration on the breathing takes you mind off of the stress and the oxygen rushing into your system cleanses the body and soul. It's an awsome and invigorating exercise. You don't need any equipment and you can do it pretty much any time any where.

Go for it! Give it a try!

I know you can do it!

Keep on smilin' .

Just think that no matter how bad things get, there will be good times around the corner.

If you are completely and utterly miserable, things can only get better. Think of it that way.

Or focus on all the good things that happened in your life, why you were happy then, and see if there's a way to make it like it was back then.

Or think of all the dreams and aspirations you hope to achieve someday and start making plans to do them.

Or do something active you love, like swimming, biking, surfing, etc.

Or talk to a friend/ family member and do something with them.

I want to give you my little poem that helps me so much

if life gets you down
carry on
the only way is up from there

If fear holds you back
carry on
there is no achievment if you don't dare

if words have hurt you
carry on
time will always mend

if others let you down
carry on
be your own best friend

much love to you and do see a doctor though ... let someone help you xx

That is natures response to stress and unhappiness. It's natural to feel like that but unhealthy. Try to watch a funny movie or read a funny book or mediatate on God word or attend a few Church services your comfortable with.

I just went through that. Find out what bothering you, ask God, and he will give you the answer. Do some research on what's bothering you and most important confront it. Confront what's bothering you, that's why we experience pain, like if you didn't get sick, how would you know that something was wrong with your body.

Confront your problem and find a solution.
