are there any canaan dogs in or near ohio for sale???(oh and not that much either!lol) I am very interested in the breed but i guess it is a rare breed and no matter where i look i can not find this breed anywhere in or near ohio.can you all help me out??.....oh and by the way i live in toledo if thats any help....but anywhere in or near ohio is fine...thanks guys!!

go to petfinder.com.....this is a site for rescue groups.....just enter your Zip code, and enter breed wanted, and be AMAZED at how many great choices you have !!.....i recently adopted a Great Pyrenees mix from them, and my dog Sylvester is awesome !!.....check it out.....try it.....do a good deed .....adopt a Canaan dog today !!!.....good luck to you, in your search for a Canaan dog as a new pet !!!!.....most a doptions run between $ 50 to $ 200 maximum, for a wonderfull dog, who will be very happy to be your new pet !!!!

You are not going to find a cheap puppy, but maybe a rescue, or retired breeder.
Many breeders sell puppies around $1,500. Find a good one!!!
