I've had a trainer for about a month, and it's done wonders for the way I see my body. I haven't really been dieting as I should, so my goals haven't been accomplished, as of yet, but I would definitely recomend a trainer- even if it's only for a few sessions to get you started on how to use machines and what's best for your body.

Extremely positive, but you have to be extremely careful. I was fortunate enough to hire a friend who was a personal trainer as well as a professional body builder. I got huge results as she showed me a training program and a reasonable diet with things you could actually enjoy eating. With that said, I now go to gyms and watch so called 'personal trainers' who are rubbish. I would recommend someone who looks the part. If they look like they work out then they should at least have an idea of how to do it. Oh, make sure they are certified as well

I had a freebie membership to an excellent club a few years ago and was assigned a personal trainer for the first week. She was so damned hot and was very 'hands on - touchy/feely' so who cares if I achieved my goals! That week went by way too fast! I did eventually get to my targets...... and remembered her all the way....

I used a personal trainer once week just to keep me motivated and teach me new things. I really didn't set any goals, but yes, I did lose weight, gain muscle and definition. But, unfortunately I stopped working out and reverted back to my old ways.

pass on your nearby gymnasium and notice in the event that they have them for hire. additionally, whilst hiring one, do no longer purely hire them right now. prepare some "interview" questions before, like, "how long have you ever been a coach?" and "what does your regularly occurring paintings out and foodstuff regimen encompass?". The foodstuff regimen is significant on account which you do no longer prefer somebody who places you on a freakin ice cube foodstuff regimen haha. take notice on if their physique (and them) are in good project so which you will understand in the event that they'll positioned you on a healthful plan. If obtainable, get a coach who's your individual gender, so which you would be extra comfortable doing weird and wonderful strikes with them. Ask if there are any of their contemporary/former shoppers neaby so which you are going to locate how they grew to become out. And in case you get a foul vibe from them, then do no longer hire them. you prefer somebody who will handle you and your physique nicely and not overwork you!
