Before I answer your question I just want to state that I am a Dental Technologist not a Dentist. Dental Technologists only make dental prosthesis with a prescription from a Dentist and we do not give out medical advice. Thus, any comments I make are just personal thoughts and should not be taken as medical advice. So GO TO YOUR DENTIST!!!!!
Now to answer your question, personally I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at the same time and they were impacted. For me I was in bed for a couple of days because of the teeth being impacted. But since your teeth are not impacted you “should” be fine the same or next day. The difference is simple; when a tooth is impacted it means it is growing into the roots of the tooth next to it. So in the surgery the surgeon has to cut into your gums and drill the bone deep enough to remove the tooth. But when the tooth is not impacted and growing straight up, it can be pulled out. So there will be less damage to the bone. Sometimes the surgeon would have to do some minor grinding if there is a problem with the wisdom tooth’s roots (thus, you “should” be fine).
Side note, the pain killers you get are great, you will be so happy not scared at the time of surgery so don’t worry about it now.
Hope that helped

You're young and that's an advantage.
The anesthesia is probably "general" (go to sleep) and some people act weird afterward (like sleep walking stuff).
A friend or family member will need to drive you and help you afterward. The anesthesia wears off after a few hours.
My sister had her 4 done with novacaine and went back to work the same afternoon -- but she's a little unusual.
The good thing about general anesthesia is faster healing and little or no swelling. Have some soft foods ready for a couple of days -- yogurt, cottage cheese, soups.

I had mine removed about the same age. The surgery was a breeze as well as the recovery from the actual surgery. I wasn't able to return to work, though, due to the fact that I was really sick from the medication and anesthesia. I wouldn't recommend novacaine, but thats my personal preference, it depends on how much you like the dentist. I would also recommend an early appointment. This way, once the general anesthesia wears off and you begin to take your pain medication, you have time to phone the dentist if you need to make a change in product or dosage. Of course someone is needed to take you, pick you up and to sit by your side as you recover. Have ice and flavoured drinks on hand as you may be too sore to eat anything solid or warm.

Expect this....you'll be totally high at first, you'll probably say some things you normally don't. Drugs help, because it can be painful. 15 minutes of ice, 15 minutes off. Lots of gargaling with that crappy stuff. Lots of rest, you can't really go anywhere right away. I was in no mood to go anywhere for at least a day or two, so clear your schedule. Your mouth may bleed a little, which is normal. Too much would be cause for alarm. Good luck, I hope it goes well!

You can go out if you feel up to it, but if you stay home and rest, you will heal faster. If you give your body permission to rest all day, it will use the recources to heal the sockets. If you make it dance all night, it could get even by giving you dry sockets - a very unpleasant experience.
Eat soft foods without "pokey" edges. Allow the open sockets to heal naturally. And NO SMOKING!!! No matter how bad you feel from going without a cigarette, dry sockets are worse. Way worse.
Why not invite your friends over to watch movies or play video games. They can all feel sorry for you and bring you soup and milkshakes. (Use a spoon, not a straw to drink the milkshakes.)
