Red wines are usually served at room temperature, but white wines are usually served chilled. It’s okay to keep one unopened bottle chilling in the refrigerator, but the temperature in a refrigerator isn’t steady wines under 20.00 should not be saved move then 2 years .Everyday white wines should be consumed within two years of the vintage date on the bottle. Red wines should’t be stored more than three years from the vintage date. Ultraviolet light can increase the rate of spoilage of a wine. Temperature fluctuations, particularly raises in temperature, can cause the contents of the bottle to expand, pushing against the cork. If the cork breaks the seal, oxygen that leaks in will quickly spoil the wine.If storing for more than a month, try to keep the bottles horizontal so that the cork stays moist. An inexpensive wooden wine rack placed in your closet or cabinet can achieve this.if you store on a wine rack keep away from sun light

If you ask a wine snob that question they will tell you to store red wine at 57 degrees and 70% humidity. Wine is a living, breathing organism even in the bottle and it is constantly evolving. In order to slow the development of the wine and for a perfect aging environment, the preceding is advised.

in case you propose to keep it a lengthy time period, it will be kept someplace cool (round 50 to 60 tiers F, if plausible. For some weeks, that would not count number. also, if the wine has a real cork, then the bottle could be tilted so as that the cork continues to be in contact with the wine and would not dry out. keep the bottles out of sunlight too.

I like to store mine at about 98.6 degrees... however mid 50's is ideal for most unconsumed wines...

Also keep that wine at about a 30 - 45 degree angle... top side down to keep that cork damp... if it dries out... so does you wonderful spirit.
