Like 3 millions and counting.
Right now they don't need Visas. They need some money from the Miami exile and take a "yola" to the Mona Island at the west of Puerto Rico. Is very inhuman and unjust that the Dominicans and Haitians are treated like criminals when they enter the USA territory by Puerto Rico, but the Cubans are treated like war heroes. Believe me in a few weeks or months they are living in Florida with a full American citizenship.
