Ok,I have a side job from school on the weekends at a beauty salon.
Well my sisters came in and was talkin to me while I was doin this old ladies hair,I was styling it with the curling iron.And well my mind got off doin the womens hair and well it kinda went up in flames,her hair was like snow wight and like where it was burnt was black.It really looked screwed up.Do you think its right I get fierd?????I think I deserve another chance?{I do}

And she was stuck up any way,she comes in there all the time and she talks really loud and shes jus a pain,and like if we did somthing wrong se acts like a flippin prep she breaks down in tears and says"OMG,I can't believe you did this wrong"ok people listen one curl was wrong jus one curl!! every one else thought I done them a faver.

It didn't hurt her,it jus screwed her hair up thats all.

And this is waaaaay off subject but can somebod plez help me out on my previouse question plezzzzzzzzzz.?????????????????

How would you feel if it was you in the chair and the girl doing your hair was soo busy gossiping with her sister or friend that she caught your hair on fire?
I think you would be pretty pissed, I know I would be.
This is your first mistake so you should be given a second chance. But I hope you've learned your lesson to keep your mind on the job, it's what you are being paid to do. And the people paying your wages are not your boss but the customers who pay for a professional job to be done.
I hope this lady didn't have to pay, I think she deserves free hair cuts and styling until her hair is repaired to her satisfaction.
And I hope you don't lose your job, call it a learning curve.

Part of life is dealing with unpleasant people. No, it's not fun, but everyone has to, and even though sometimes you can avoid them or be impolite, this is your job and you're getting paid.

You need to talk to the boss and the client, and appologize. Maybe you could give her free cuts until her hair is healthy again!

No offense, but you'll probably get fired. No, it may not be fair, but then again, life's not fair. You do deserve another chance, just maybe not at this salon :)

well first things first i would appollige to the women, then to your boss, and next time make sure you pay attention to your work. but i think its reasonable you get a second chance..good luck hun !

It has nothing to do with the women's attitude, whether she was stuck up or not.
You were not doing your job correctly and what happened is a serious issue and yes, I do think that you should be fired.

if this your first time SCREWING up then you might not get fired because you didnt cause her any physical injury i would be more careful if i was you though.
