i mean its a mirror... and your shooting the scene from behind it.. so how come u don't see the set or anything like that?

It is visually impossible to film a mirror straight on with the camera not showing. Movies in which the camera is directly behind the subject while they're looking in a mirror are edited with computer effects for the final cut. In the raw footage however, you will see the camera's/set's reflection. Always. The common non-high-tech alternative is of course shooting the mirror at an angle that isn't perpendicular.

Usually, the camera is placed in a place away from the angle of reflection of the mirror, or the mirror does not exist, it is a computer-generated graphic using a green/blue screen technology to project a false image on a blank canvas.

The camera is set up to the side of the mirror and the reflection does not show.

Depends on where the camera is placed and at what angle the camera is facing the mirror.
