the 1 biggest difference is the color effect they each have on the hair.
color will darken or lighten ( lightens only so many shades) where as bleach will only lighten. they both use various volumes of peroxides as developers ... they are both drying/damaging to hair & both are easily done very wrong.

hair coloring changes the color and bleaching makes your hair blond or if its already blond bleaching makes it white

Coloring adds color. Bleaching removes it.

blaching lightens your hair, and haircoloring can basic give you any other color you want darker or lighter

is that bleaching will die that color for eve!!!!!!!!!!!! hair coloring you can keep it in comes out with shampoo
