The drawing is basically saying that drinking tropicana juice is just like getting juice from a fresh orange nothing but 100 o/o juice.

It is to give you the thought that the juice in the carton is so fresh it tastes like you were sipping it directly from the orange. It is a cute and eye-catching ad even if the idea itself is bunk.
