I have learned many things from asking this question. Among them:
1) I have learned that there are enlightened areas where Flying Spaghetti Monsterism is taught to first-graders (presumably, alongside Creationism, but you can't have everything);
2) Equally there are some benighted people whose only sources of information are newspapers and The Bible. I have learned to feel grateful that I have had the opportunity to enjoy not just these but other reading materials as well.

There wouldn't be a fight because the Invisible Pink Unicorn is just His Noodliness the Flying Spaghetti Monster in disguise.
The evidence is all there - they're both invisible, their followers both employ both logic and faith and believing in either of them REALLY pisses of fundamentalists.

The spaghetti monster would. Nothing can overtake his noodleyness.
Invisibility would not protect the unicorn, nor would flying. It has no other talents. FSM does not need to see it. He could use echolocation, etc...

...Well the invisible Pink Unicorn is "invisible" so the flying spagehtti monster wont be able to even see it so it wont be able to attack.
So all the invisible pink unicorn has to do is wait for the F.S.M to ge close enough to attack and then eat/attack. I dont really see how the F.S.M can attack the unicorn.
Then again they are both fictional characters so its up to you or whoever.

Unicorn. Flying is a great skill but if you can't see what your fighting then it's always going to be a problem... Of course, said unicorn would have to have stealth skills and not be fighting on a dusty road where it's hoofs can be seen and be kicking up dust so I guess it depends on the enviroment in which they fight...

hard choice i am going for the invisible pink unicorn because pink is my favorite color and spaghetti just makes too much of a mess on my ceiling!

The invisible always wins over the natural. It is supernatural. You can not fight the invisible in the natural. You would have to defeat the invisible with the invisible. The natural can't be invisible.
