wait till you get older.. well it is more common than good memmory.. so there you go.. it is normal. what did you ask again?

Momentarily forgetting something and being able to recall it a short time thereafter is completely normal, and certainly doesn't fall under the "Short term memory loss" label.

Yes I do the same, but as I'm a senior citizen, people think that I'm getting senile. Actually it is quite common among all people, to momentarily be distracted, and for get what you were about to recall.

i think everyone has this problem. sometimes we are just so busy and have so many things going through our minds that we slip. But, the biggest factor is whether or not you are getting enough sleep. Lack of sleep will definitely affect your memory.
