I know how to do it, but I don't know if it's worth just 10 points. Send me the pics and if I have the time to try I might do it, but I'm not promising anything.

You can achieve this effect with many photo imaging programs. (photoshop, paintshop pro, etc.) just keep adding the photos in layers, and play around with the visibility of each layer.
