Here's one I regularly make to serve with brunch....
CREAM CHEESE SPREAD WITH OLIVES AND SUN-DRIED TOMATOES
Prepare this one day ahead to allow the flavors to blend.
Can be prepared in 45 minutes or less.
12 medium sun-dried tomatoes (not packed in oil)
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup chopped pitted black olives (preferably Kalamata)
1/4 cup chopped red onion
Place sun-dried tomatoes in small bowl. Pour enough boiling water over tomatoes to cover. Let tomatoes stand until soft, about 10 minutes. Drain. Pat tomatoes dry and chop finely.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl until smooth. Mix in olives, onion and sun-dried tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be prepared 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.)
Makes about 1 cup.

OR
SALMON, DILL AND CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
Use leftover poached or baked salmon. Canned red salmon that has been drained, skinned and boned also does the trick.
1 1/2 cups flaked cooked salmon (about 6 ounces)
4 ounces cream cheese
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared white horseradish
4 ounces smoked salmon
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Combine first 4 ingredients in processor. Blend until just smooth, occasionally scraping down sides of work bowl. Add smoked salmon and dill. Using on/off turns, blend just until smoked salmon is finely chopped. Season spread with salt and pepper. Transfer to small bowl.
Serve with baguette rounds, melba toast, bagels, pumpernickel.
Makes about 2 cups.

Take a jar of marshmellow fluff beat it together with 8 ozs cream cheese and enjoy!! Make sure the cream cheese is soft or it will ruin your mixer. This also makes a great fruit dip!

Use the slow cooker... That does it all for ya. Do any type of cubed meat, like cubed beef or stewing steak in the slow cooker with nice vegetables like fresh, cut green beans, potatoes, whole baby onions, carrots, especially whole baby carrots, and cut corn. Place it all in the slow cooker with a pinch of salt and some BBQ spice and let the slow cooker do it all for you. Serve it on rice which you have made in the microwave or potatoes that you have done in the microwave or on a bed of couscous which you do not even have to cook. Simply pour some boiling water over the couscous and let it stand covered for 5 minutes.... PUDDING Simply open a can of lovely peaches and serve with ice cream, jelly and a spot of yoghurt or cream.

If you only like spreading cream cheese on toast, I would suggest whipping it with your favorite jam, or maybe some brown sugar and a flavoring extract (like orange) or zest.
Some non-toast spreads might include onion soup mix, garlic, scallions.

They sell about 5 or more different varieties of Philly cream cheese. They have onion and chive, and a few different fruit and cream cheese spreads.

try mixing your cream cheese with raisins to put on your toast. one of my very favorites is mixing cream cheese with sliced black olives (they come in 2oz cans) and putting it into celery stalks that have been cut to about 3 or 4 inches long.

Here are a few ideas for spreads:
You could sprinkle crushed nuts on it
Pour some pesto on it and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Add green olives to it (it's really good)
Pour Chipotle Sauce over it.
