my hair is not soft it feel so hard wat should i do

Cholesterol treatments! You can buy them at walgreens if your cheap, or sallys beauty supply. What I do is out of the shower I slather my hair in them, wrap it in a plastic bag and them pile dryer hot towels on it for a half hour.
If its REALLY damaged go to the nearest salon or beauty school for a Redken anti snap treatment or a Joico Deep conditioning, they will massage you and pop on a plastic cap and leave you under the dryer. Works for me.

Try putting a little vinegar in it while you're in the shower.

i just use products after shower like leave-in conditioner and hair oils.

go to the spa and get it deep conditioned
