are guys really that damn shallow! i can't be fat but i also can't be skinny. what do I do?

That's the lamest break-up excuse I've heard!
I'm positive that wasn't the real reason; it was just all he could think of at the time. It just wasn't working out.

yes some guys are that shallow so get some self esteem. im also skinny and i have had plenty of b/fs who said i was too skinny that i need a bigger *** or thighs but once i realized that i was sexy anyway it didnt matter what ANYONE THOUGHT my man whoever and i eventually found someone who loves the hell out of my body. so basically dont worry about its obvious he doesnt care about u as an individual once u love urself u will find a man whose attracted to ur confidence.

he was a jerk, and it wasnt because you were skinny. he was looking for a way out. obviously, you gave him nothing better to go on, which means you did everything right, and hes just a butthead - it happens. yes, some guys are that shallow. its up to you to find and date the ones who arent, and theres plenty of us out here. make sure you date men who act with honor and integrity. they arent really that hard to find. women tend to date men who dont treat them well, and then complain about it. thats the fault of the women, for choosing the losers. just as there are lame men, there are lame women, we all have to deal with ti. it sucks, but there it is. be proud of who you are, and move on from this jackass. go find yourself a good man. good luck!

I don't think that would be an excuse. It does seem VERY shallow. I think it was an excuse for something else that happened for him to break up with you. Or he didn't have a reason to break up with you so he just picked a random one.Sorry..good luck.

It might not actually be that you were to skinny. he probably just didnt want to tell you that he was just not that into you. sometimes guys blame breaking up on ours phyisical appearance but in reality it could be something totally different.
So forget him. you deserve someone who is going to love you for who you are.

What you do is be yourself. It's his lost if he can't accept you for who you are. He is looking at the outward appearance and not what's in your heart. Not all guys are like this ignorant one. You be thankful for reasonable health and strength. You'll meet a sensible guy who can accept you the way you are.

i dont know what to tell you except that be who you are and if any man cant except you for who you are then f uck them they dont deserve you. dont get skinny or fat for anyone except yourself. be sure that you can love yourself first before you get serious with anyone. if you cant except yourself for who you are or love yourself neither will anyone else.
