Pastel Helado
-1 can of evaporated milk
-1 can condenced milk
- galletas marias
- 10 limes
Put cans of milk and lime juice into blender. put a layer of mixture at the bottom of a 9x13 pan then a layer of cookies. Keep doing this until mixture is all gone. Then cover with plastic wrap and put in freezer until frozen.
*Note- this is a really good dessert in the summer with some horchata or milk.
